Responsible for providing technical expertise with operating systems, applications, network servers, and workstations.


Responsibilities:
1. Provides technical expertise for Christie Lites systems by:

• Offering technical assistance with the following: Operating Systems: Windows 11 - Workstations: Dell, HP & Lenovo desktops & notebooks. - Applications: MS Office, SharePoint, Active Directory, Manage Engine, Druva, OneDrive.
• Responding to users requiring help with systems and applications.

• Responding promptly to Help Desk tickets submitted by employees.

• Assisting with auditing of Manage Engine Service Desk Plus ensuring that all workstations are properly listed monitoring packs loaded.

• Assist users configuring multi-factor authentication on the user's mobile device.

• Imaging, deploying, and managing desktops, laptops, and mobile scanners.

• Recovering IT Equipment from Terminated Staff

• Configuring and installing network printers.

• Perform basic network troubleshooting on workstations, mobile devices, and printers.

• Perform software installations and upgrades.

• Ensuring that systems are operating effectively and identifying and resolving problems.

• Ensuring that software and hardware meet the Christie Lites specifications.

• Conducting checks of hardware and software manufacturers/developers to identify potential vulnerabilities and software updates.

• Managing remote and on-site hardware in a multi-office network

• Managing hardware and software applications at branch locations.

• Participating in the on-call rotation for after hours support.

• Performing data center tape rotations.

• 1 year technical support experience.

• Computer skills - MS Office, Excel, Word, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams.
