Marketing & Social Media Specialist
The Position This is a hands-on, in-house marketing position. You will work directly with company leadership to develop, coordinate, and evaluate marketing that represents the Brasure’s brand.
Responsibilities may include:
• Creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Taking and editing photos and short-form videos • Maintaining and updating our company website, including content, photos, videos, and service information
• Learning how to produce, upload, and stream videos on YouTube and other digital platforms
• Assisting with digital, print, and community marketing initiatives
• Helping maintain consistent company branding across all marketing channels
• Developing fresh, creative marketing ideas to promote our services, employees, and company • Assisting with developing, planning, and managing the company’s annual marketing budget, including evaluating advertising expenses and opportunities
• Tracking social media engagement, website performance, and marketing results to determine which efforts are most effective
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates with professional marketing experience as well as motivated individuals with relevant education or demonstrated skills in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Business, or related fields. We’re looking for someone creative, organized, dependable, and comfortable bringing new ideas to the table. Experience with social media, website management, YouTube, Canva, Adobe, photography, video editing, or marketing analytics is a plus.
