Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated full-time Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing paid ad accounts across platforms like GLSAs, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and more. While at least one year of ad management experience is required, some training will be provided. A background in digital marketing, data analytics, or a tech-related industry is desired.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Optimization

• Onboarding clients and setting up ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Local Service Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook (Meta) Ads.
• Managing existing ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Monitoring incoming leads to verify lead quality and ensure accurate lead tracking.
• Managing lead tracking numbers and creating landing pages for ad campaigns.
• Creating Meta ad graphics and short-form creative assets using client-supplied content.

Client Communication and Reporting

• Creating monthly reporting videos to explain KPIs and campaign performance to clients.
• Regularly communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and Google Meet to address questions, provide updates, and offer suggestions for improving lead conversion rates.
• Coaching clients on best practices for optimizing their campaign results.

Innovation and Collaboration

• Leveraging AI tools to improve daily workflow efficiency
• Exploring and staying current with emerging advertising platforms, tools, and techniques (e.g., TikTok, Reddit).
• Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions.

Training and Professional Development

• Completing certifications in ad management through online courses.
• Adapting to new tools and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Additional Digital Marketing Support

• Assisting with other digital marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be a Tampa Bay Area resident for this hybrid position.
• Fluent and articulate writing and communication skills, including the ability to conduct client meetings and phone calls with professionalism.
• Proficiency with technology, AI tools, and adaptability to new processes and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and flexibility in finding solutions.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Experience with data analysis and managing a professional workspace.
• 1 year of advertising experience through internships, study programs, previous roles, etc.

KPIs

Ad Account Management

• Adjust and enhance advertising strategies based on comprehensive data analysis after 2-3 months.
• Strive to maintain a positive Return on Investment (ROI) across all campaigns.
• Conduct research on search volume, user intent, and average Cost Per Click (CPC) within client-specific service areas.
• Adapt advertising strategies based on analytical insights, client feedback, and algorithmic changes.
• Manage and optimize client advertising budgets, recommending modifications to enhance campaign efficacy.

• Explore and implement cutting-edge advertising platforms, tools, and methodologies, including emerging channels.

Key Metrics

• CTR/CVR: Develop ad landing pages tailored to achieve optimal Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR), at least 7-8%.
• Monthly Reporting Accuracy: 100% reports delivered on time and with zero errors.
• Escalation: Vocalizing client account issues and questions to leads and managers within 24 business hours for transparency and efficient resolve.
• Workspace Organization: Digital workspace is kept clean, updated, and organized with zero overdue tasks.
• Client Retention: <5% churn rate.

Florida is an at-will employment state. All new hires enter into a 90-day probationary period. Employees may be terminated without notice or severance if standards, SOPs, or KPIs are not being met or followed.

Example Daily Schedule

- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Review email/communications and prioritize tasks for the day.

- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Perform weekly tasks/scheduled work.

- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break.

- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Perform weekly tasks/scheduled work.

- 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Open space for client meetings if needed.

- 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Close out remaining emails and phone calls. Prep for next days work.

Meetings

Tuesday - Weekly All Servicing Meeting.

Thursday - Weekly Advertising Department Collaboration Meeting.

Monthly - All Team Meeting.

Compensation & Benefits 

• Hourly Rate: $21/hour
• Candidates with experience may be eligible for an increased starting rate
• Raises and Bonuses: Revisited quarterly based on measurable performance improvements (e.g., ad performance, client retention, etc). Not guaranteed.
• Schedule: Full-time, hourly
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
