Job Description
We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a Part Time (16 hours) Contract position focused on resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while delivering responsive service in a Windows-based environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting desktop problems, managing user accounts, and keeping support requests organized through a ticketing system.
Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line assistance for desktop, laptop, and general workstation issues affecting end users.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10 systems.
• Administer user access and account updates within Active Directory to support daily business operations.
• Record, prioritize, and follow through on service desk requests to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity concerns escalated by employees.
• Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices to support productivity and system reliability.
