What You'll Do As a Recruiter, with the support and guidance of a Recruiting Supervisor, you will build and manage a full-cycle recruiting desk while partnering with companies to help them find top talent. In this role, the Recruiter will: Source, recruit, and interview professionals for permanent career opportunities. Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process. Present qualified candidates to existing clients. Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business. Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service. Stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments.
