Residential Installer — Eby Exteriors

E ast Earl, PA | Full-Time

Build Something That Lasts

At Eby Exteriors, we find real satisfaction in making older homes look new again. Since 1997, we've been Lancaster County's trusted name in residential roofing, siding, windows, and remodeling — and our clients will tell you it's our people who set us apart. They regularly comment on how hard our crews work, how friendly they are, and how much they trust them in and around their homes.

We're looking for a Residential Installer to join our team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow your skills with a company that invests in its people, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As an Installer, you'll work as part of a crew under the direction of a Foreman, performing high-quality renovation and replacement work that reflects the Eby Exteriors brand.

• Install and replace residential exterior and interior components — windows, doors, siding, roofing, trim, and related systems
• Assist with demolition, prep, and cleanup before, during, and after projects
• Follow project plans, scopes of work, and direction from your Foreman or Project Manager
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and jobsite procedures
• Communicate with your Foreman and crew about progress, issues, or material needs
• Handle materials and equipment with care to prevent damage or waste
• Treat homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors with professionalism and respect
• Participate in safety meetings, job briefings, and training

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or exterior installation preferred
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and residential construction practices
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in exterior and interior installation systems
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver's license preferred
• OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

Why Eby Exteriors?

We're small enough to know your name and provide personal service — but large enough to finish jobs efficiently and deliver the quality our clients expect. We install products that are both beautiful and durable, stand behind our work with outstanding warranties, and leave every jobsite clean.

Founded by Phil Eby in Ephrata, PA, Eby Exteriors is now proudly part of the Ames family of companies, alongside Ames Construction and Ames Mechanical. Our focus remains right where it started: residential remodeling, done right.

Ready to join a crew that takes pride in its work?
